Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and consultants.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Achieve sales targets and objectives for construction chemical products.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Customer Relationship Management:
Act as a key point of contact for existing and potential clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Ensure client satisfaction and retention through effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
Product Promotion and Marketing:
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote Ascolites construction chemical products.
Reporting and Forecasting:
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
Forecast sales targets and contribute to the budgeting process.
Qualifications
:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development and sales within the construction chemicals industry.
Strong technical understanding of construction materials and chemicals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
