Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving business growth. Roles and Responsibilities:



- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.

- Generate leads and prospect for potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster long-term partnerships.

- Understand client needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their objectives.

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.

- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the customer base and increasing market share.

- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections to management.

Qualifications:



- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Fresher to 1 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.

- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on closing deals.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving objectives.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
