About the job



The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. They should maintain current records and timely communicate all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, group deals, and follow-up activities within their assigned market to the Manager. They should assist in planning, managing, and executing promotional events that increase enrolments and sales conversion. They should be finding the right solutions to the right problems, consistently following up, showing grace under pressure, and closing higher-value deals faster.

Responsibilities



Build relationships with prospective clients

Maintain consistent contact with existing clients

Manage sales pipeline

Execute marketing activities with the assistance of internal resources

Promote Brand Awareness.

Analyze market and establish competitive advantages

Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

Qualifications



2+ years in the sales industry

Female candidates preferred

English Fluency

Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success

Strong negotiation skills

Strong communication and presentation skills

CRM experience is preferred

Preferred Staffing Industry background
