Key Responsibilities
Identify and bid on suitable projects on platforms such as
Upwork
, Freelancer, and others.
Write compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
Initiate and maintain communication with potential clients.
Negotiate project scope, timelines, and pricing.
Collaborate with the internal team to prepare estimates and project plans.
Maintain CRM and track pipeline progress.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for client acquisition.
Requirements
1-3 years of proven experience in client acquisition via Upwork or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of web and mobile development services, design, and digital marketing.
Excellent English communication and writing skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Familiarity with Upwork profiles, JSS, and other platform-specific best practices.
Basic understanding of tools like Trello, Notion, Slack, or CRM tools is a plus.
