Position Overview:



We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy

Business Development Executive

to drive growth through outbound and inbound lead generation using industry-standard tools and platforms. You will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, qualifying leads, and helping close deals for IT services.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct outbound lead generation using tools like

LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, ZoomInfo

, and other email marketing tools. Research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities across domestic and international markets. Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads through multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls). Understand client requirements and pitch suitable IT services and solutions. Set up meetings, product demos, and coordinate with the technical team for client discussions. Create and maintain records in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and ensure timely follow-ups. Collaborate with marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and content outreach. Track and analyze campaign performance and adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. 1-4 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in IT services or SaaS. Hands-on experience with

LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Lusha

, or similar lead-gen tools. Familiarity with CRM softwares. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Basic understanding of web development, mobile apps, cloud, and emerging tech trends.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):



Experience selling in international markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Middle East). Knowledge of proposal creation, RFP/RFQ process, and pricing strategy. Experience with outbound email automation tools like Mailchimp, Lemlist, or Instantly.ai. Ability to run LinkedIn campaigns and manage prospect lists efficiently.
