We are seeking dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executives for Mumbai, Chennai, and Ahmedabad locations. The ideal candidate will actively engage with private schools and clients, drive CSR partnerships, maintain CRM data, and contribute to impact through MIS reporting. This is a field-intensive role with regular client and school visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to private schools and potential clients for business generation Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, donors, and stakeholders o Identify CSR funding opportunities and engage with corporate and institutional partners Develop and present customized proposals and partnership pitches Maintain and update records through CRM tools Generate and share MIS reports for management and performance tracking Maintain a comprehensive database of leads, donors, and outreach activities Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and outreach goals Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution

Candidate Profile:

Education: BSW / MSW / MBA / PGDM / Graduate (preferably with CSR/fundraising/education sector exposure) Experience: 3 to 6 years in business development, CSR fundraising, or institutional sales Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office; ability to create and manage MIS reports Willingness to travel for client and school visits Own laptop is mandatory Immediate joiners will be given preference
