Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our IT services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and generating leads through various channels. You must have a strong understanding of IT services and be able to communicate effectively with clients from various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients and decision-makers within target markets. Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, references, and other channels. Understand client needs and present suitable IT service solutions (Web development, Mobile apps, Software development, Cloud services, etc.). Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations with prospective clients. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Maintain records of client interactions, leads, and pipeline updates in CRM tools. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met accurately. Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in the IT services domain. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a quick learner. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus. Understanding of digital marketing, software solutions, and IT services is highly desirable.
