Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with new or potential clients to build and maintain strong business relationships.
Conduct client meetings to introduce our company, solutions, and service offerings as needed.
Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and assist with tender preparation and submissions.
Proactively follow up with clients to convert proposals into confirmed orders.
Secure purchase orders, ensure adherence to product quality standards, and coordinate on-time delivery.
Handle order processing, including final costing, supplier coordination, and liaise with logistics and technical teams for seamless delivery, installation, and project execution.
Regularly meet with clients to address any concerns related to delivery, installation, or post-installation support.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely project completion, professional conduct, and efficient service delivery.
Provide regular updates on sales activities, achievements, project status, forecasts, and any factors affecting sales goals or strategy.
Submit timely internal reports, including weekly forecasts and ad-hoc reports as requested by the Sales Manager or Divisional Head.
Maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues across all departments.
Generate and follow up on sales leads, schedule meetings, deliver product demonstrations, and address any technical inquiries.
