Write persuasive proposals and convert leads into long-term clients
Coordinate with internal technical teams to deliver suitable client solutions
Build strong relationships and maintain communication with clients
Track market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive
Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to management
Understand client requirements, propose appropriate IT services (Web Development, App Development, Digital Marketing, Software Services, etc.)
Prepare proposals, project quotes, and service offerings tailored to client needs.
Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing communication with potential and existing clients.
Negotiate project terms, manage contracts, and close deals successfully.
Work collaboratively with internal project and technical teams for delivery coordination.
Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
Do actively Online and Offline Meeting with the client on time basis.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong understanding of Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms
Basic technical knowledge of web, app development, and IT services
Good negotiation and client handling skills
Capable of writing clear and convincing business proposals
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and adaptable to night shifts
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
