Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, cold calling, and networking.
Bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs/RFQs, and close deals.
Build strong relationships with clients and maintain long-term partnerships.
Work closely with marketing & tech teams to deliver customized solutions.
Keep CRM updated (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho) and share sales reports regularly.
Requirements:
Freshers with excellent communication & negotiation skills OR 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales (IT/Software preferred).
Basic knowledge of bidding platforms & proposal writing.
Good research, presentation & client handling skills.
Willingness to learn global sales processes and trends.
