Key Responsibilities
:
Identify new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, and other online portals
Research and approach potential clients in international and domestic markets
Conduct calls/emails to prospective clients and pitch company services (Web/App Development, SaaS, eCommerce, etc.)
Schedule meetings, prepare proposals, and present tailored IT solutions
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Track sales targets and report on performance
Work closely with the tech team to ensure alignment with client needs
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Maintain client satisfaction through consistent communication and support
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies
Suggest improvements in the sales and business development process
Required Skills & Qualifications
:
Proven working experience as a BDE/BDM in the IT industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of IT services and solutions like Web Development, Mobile Apps, eCommerce, etc.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)
Ability to work independently and handle pressure. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
