We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Jr. IT Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the overall growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and explore new business opportunities in the IT sector

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements

Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of solutions

Prepare proposals and support business development activities

Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems

Requied Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Basic understanding of IT services and software development

Ability to manage client interactions and follow-ups

Familiarity with oline bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) is a plus

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
