We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Lead Generation Resource. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to support our sales and marketing efforts. You will employ various strategies and tactics to generate a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads for our business.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct research and market analysis to identify potential leads and target industries or
market segments. Continuously expand and update the lead database to ensure a
robust pipeline of potential customers.
2. Utilize various lead generation methods, including online research, social media
prospecting, email marketing, cold calling, and networking, to identify and engage
potential customers. Create compelling and personalized outreach messages and
emails to engage and nurture leads.
3. Qualify leads through effective communication and understanding of customer needs,
ensuring they align with our target customer profile. Follow up with leads through phone
calls, emails, and other communication channels to schedule appointments, demos, or
meetings for the sales team.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead information and interactions in the
customer relationship management (CRM) system. Track and report key performance
metrics related to lead generation activities, including the number of leads generated,
conversion rates, and revenue generated from leads.
