Fresher to 1 year of experience in Business Development Executive
Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Build relationships with prospective clients
lead Generation
Conducting web searches for company profiles and generating leads as per the requirements.
Generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, emails, networking, and social media.
Proposal Creation and Negotiation
Developing customized proposals and pitches in response to client requirements.
Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals successfully.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
Must have worked in software like Upwork and Freelancer etc Qualifications:
Education level. - B.E./Computer, B.E./IT, BCA, MCA, MBA
Specific skills:
Proven working experience as a business development executive, sales executive, or a relevant role
Proven sales track record
Experience in customer support is a plus
Experience bidding in Upwork, freelancer, writing proposals and cover letters.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Proficiency in English
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
