Business Development Executive Female or Male

to join our growing team in Goa. The ideal candidate will need to have strong relationships within the

hotel and hospitality sector

, a proven ability to drive sales, and a passion for building long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and grow business within hotels, resorts, and premium hospitality outlets

Build in roads and maintain strong client relationships

Identify new opportunities and manage the full sales cycle

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service

Requirements:

2-5 years of sales experience in the hotel/hospitality industry

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated, well-organised, and target-driven

Based in Goa

Educational Background:

Junior College / Bachelor's - B.Com / B.A / BBA Postgraduate: MBA Additional Skills: Tally, Dynamic Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets
