Business Development Executive
who is motivated to learn, travel, and grow alongside our dynamic team while contributing to expanding our presence across Goa and nearby locations.
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities within the real estate sector.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate leads and drive sales.
Conduct meetings, site visits, and presentations to potential clients.
Assist in negotiating and closing property deals.
Maintain records of sales activities, prospects, and client interactions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Travel to different locations as per business requirements.
Requirements:
Graduate with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum 1 year of experience in business development/sales (real estate experience preferred).
Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
Technical Skills:
Expert computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and online tools).
Driving Skills:
Valid 4-wheeler and 2-wheeler driving licenses.
Must know local languages for effective communication.
Willingness to travel extensively for work.
Outstation candidates are encouraged to apply.
