We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive (Business Development Executive) to join our team. The role involves generating leads, conducting client and college visits, promoting training and software services, managing marketing campaigns, and facilitating agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation (Training & Software):
? Identify and reach out to potential clients and partners for training programs and software development services.
? Use online tools, cold calls, email campaigns, and social media to generate qualified leads. ? Maintain a database of prospects and follow up to convert leads into clients.
2. Client Visits & Relationship Management:
? Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their training and software needs.
? Present service offerings clearly and professionally to clients from both academic and corporate sectors.
? Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
3. Agreement Management:
? Negotiate and close deals with clients for training and software services.
? Facilitate the signing of MoUs, service agreements, and partnership documents.
? Coordinate with the legal or operations team for document verification and compliance.
4. College Visits:
? Visit colleges to promote training programs, internships, and workshops.
? Engage with placement officers, department heads, and students to increase program enrollment.
? Plan and conduct on-campus promotional activities, stalls, and demo sessions.
5. Course Counseling:
? Interact with students and working professionals to counsel them on available training and certification programs.
? Understand candidates' career goals and recommend suitable courses and learning paths.
? Follow up on inquiries and guide them through the enrollment process.
6. Advertisement & Postings:
? Coordinate with the design and content teams to produce marketing material.
? Monitor performance of digital campaigns and optimize outreach strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
? Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
? 0-1 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (preferably in education or IT services).
? Ability to work under targets.
? Prefeered knowledge of Digital Marketing tools, CRM software, and MS office
? Willings to travel for client and college visit.

Job Location & Working Days:
Location: Coimbatore-Tamil Nadu
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Alternate Saturdays off
