Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through various online and offline channels. Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable products/services. Conduct calls, meetings, and presentations to convert prospects into clients. Maintain and update CRM with client data, pipeline, and follow-ups. Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of services.---Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Any graduate (BBA/B.Com/B.Tech or relevant fields preferred)Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)Languages: Proficient in English & Hindi (Both verbal and written)Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently as well as in a teamGoal-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude---Preferred Traits:Energetic, confident, and self-motivatedWillingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environmentComfortable with daily client interactions and cold calling
