Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in branding, advertising, and promotional solutions
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research
Pitch advertising concepts, campaigns, and promotional products to clients
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal creative and operations teams
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations as per client needs
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals within defined targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Track sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in business development or sales within an advertising or marketing agency
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to understand branding and marketing concepts
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Skills
Experience in corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, or ATL/BTL campaigns
Existing client network in corporate or marketing domains
