Role Summary



As a

Business Development Executive

at Utkarshini Software, you will be a key driver of the company's revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, securing client engagements, and building strong client relationships. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our market presence, particularly in IT, software, and digital transformation services.

Key Responsibilities



1. Market & Opportunity Identification



Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and new business avenues. Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Building



Reach out, pitch and close prospective clients for web design, app development, SEO, digital marketing, CRM and other services. Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with new and repeat clients. Attend networking events, industry meetups, and client meetings as needed.

3. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets. Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and commercial offers for prospective clients. Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Delivery, Project Management) to ensure client requirements are met and conversions are optimized.

4. Reporting & CRM



Maintain accurate lead pipelines in CRM. Report weekly/monthly performance, sales forecasts and market insights to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications



? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related discipline (preferred)
? Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
? Prior experience in IT/Digital services sales or business development (advantage)
? Excellent client-oriented mindset and interpersonal skills
? Target-driven with the ability to work independently and in teams
? Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines

Number of new qualified leads generated
Revenue/sales targets achieved (monthly, quarterly)
Conversion rates from lead ? proposal ? deal
Client retention and repeat engagements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?200,000.00 per month
