We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 1 year of experience to help drive our sales and business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client needs and present appropriate products or services.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations.
Follow up on leads and conduct meetings with potential clients.
Maintain records of sales activity, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Key Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1 year of proven experience in business development or sales role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
Preferred Skills
:
Knowledge of the Elevator market will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel if required.
Fluent in English and local language.
