Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Identify, generate, and close
new B2B business opportunities
in logistics
Promote logistics services including air cargo, express, priority, and critical shipments
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Prepare and share customized proposals and quotations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Marketing & Client Engagement
Develop strong relationships with corporate clients, hospitals, manufacturers, and distributors
Maintain long-term client retention and repeat business
Act as a single point of contact for clients
Coordinate with operations for smooth execution of shipments
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Maintain MIS, sales reports, and CRM updates
Provide regular feedback to management on sales performance
Coordination & Escalation Handling
Work closely with operations and customer support teams
Handle client escalations professionally, especially for
time-critical consignments
Ensure service quality and on-time delivery commitments
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven B2B sales experience in logistics
Good understanding of
logistics operations and critical movements
Client-handling and escalation management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
MS Excel, CRM, and reporting knowledge
Eligibility Criteria
Experience:
3-6 years in Sales/Business Development (Logistics preferred)
Education:
Graduate (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred)
Industry Experience:
Logistics is mandatory (critical logistics preferred)

Experience in

Existing corporate client network in Delhi NCR
