Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing business.
Follow up on orders, quotations, and dispatch status with internal teams and clients.
Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Track client requirements and resolve issues related to deliveries or order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records of client communications, orders, and follow-up status.
Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking client account activity.
RequiredQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum
1 year of experience
in a similar sales support or coordination role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
