Business Development Associate / Sales Executive

to handle inbound leads, convert prospects into clients, and grow studio revenue.

This is an

inside sales + client acquisition

role focused on selling photography and video production services.

No cold calling - only inbound and warm leads.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound sales leads from brands, companies, and agencies Understand client requirements for photography, video shoots, catalogs, campaigns, and e-commerce Pitch studio services, pricing, and packages professionally Prepare quotations and follow up for closures Schedule studio visits and client meetings when required Maintain lead tracking in CRM / Excel / Google Sheets Coordinate with photographers, production, and studio management Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals Build long-term client relationships and repeat business
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

1 year experience in sales / business development / inside sales / client servicing

Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Hindi preferred) Strong negotiation and closing skills Experience in selling

services

(photography, digital marketing, advertising, events, media, real estate, luxury, hospitality, weddings) preferred Comfortable speaking with premium clients and decision-makers Target-driven and result-oriented mindset Good computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Email, Excel, CRM tools) Presentable and professional personality
Salary & Benefits

Fixed salary:

?20,000 per month
