Business Development Executive (BDE)

4+ Years B2B Sales Experience


We are urgently seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong B2B sales experience, preferably in the industrial sector across Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, or Uttarakhand. The ideal candidate should be responsible, driven, and experienced in closing high-value deals while maintaining long-term client relationships.


Your Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities




Conduct B2B sales targeting industrial clients in UP and/or Uttarakhand Generate leads, schedule meetings, and convert prospects into long-term customers Handle end-to-end sales with an average sales ticket size of ?5 Lakhs or more per customer Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with accurate forecasting Regularly visit client locations for meetings and relationship management Maintain client records and reports using CRM or Excel Prepare business proposals and sales documentation with high proficiency in English

Key Requirements




Minimum 4 years of B2B product selling experience Proven success in industrial sales with high-value deals Must have an own vehicle and a valid driving license Resides within 45 minutes commuting distance from our office Must be a graduate, with excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). Strong computer literacy and aptitude for using digital tools. Looking for a stable, responsible candidate with strong family values.
