Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Business Development Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Market Research:

Identify and analyze potential markets, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Lead Generation:

Generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and social media.

Client Engagement:

Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.

Sales Strategy:

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Proposal Development:

Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients.

Negotiation:

Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and profitability.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor and report on sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing and product teams to align business development efforts with company goals.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 1 Years

of experience in

business development or sales

. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and

CRM software.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
