Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business pitches for client meetings.
Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and technical teams to align business strategies.
Support the development of business plans, sales strategies, and outreach campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive long-term business growth.
Participate in online demos, product explanations, and onboarding processes when required.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Qualification:
BCA is mandatory (strong foundational technical knowledge required).
1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.
Basic to intermediate understanding of software, APIs, SaaS products, or digital platforms.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to clients.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and other sales-related platforms.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
