Key Responsibilities: Lead Management & Client Interaction
Handle

Conduct
discovery calls
to understand client pain points, business goals, and service requirements.
Build rapport with brand founders, understand their current positioning, and offer strategic advice.
Maintain continuous
follow-ups and communication
until lead closure.

Proactively
reach out to potential clients
via cold emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and calls.
Craft compelling outreach messages and introduce agency services in a personalized manner.
Research and identify promising industries and decision-makers for outreach.
Business Analysis & Consultation
Analyze client businesses

Identify scope for improvement and craft
customized branding/web/social solutions

Collaborate with the internal strategy team for deeper insights and solution alignment.
Pitching & Proposal Development
Develop
custom pitch decks and proposals
using Google Slides, Canva, or Notion.
Present proposals confidently and resolve client queries around timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure proposal accuracy.
Sales Reporting & Growth Planning
Maintain structured records using CRM or internal lead tracking tools.
Provide weekly/monthly reports of sales performance, conversions, and pipeline growth.
Suggest improvements in pitch structure, positioning, and outreach strategy based on feedback.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum 2
years of experience
in
business development/sales
in a
branding, marketing, or creative agency
.
Proven experience in
discovery calls, outreach, proposal creation, and closing deals
.
Excellent command over English (spoken & written); Hindi is a bonus.
Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, website services, and creative deliverables.
Skilled in tools like
Google Slides, Notion, Canva, HubSpot
, or other CRM systems.
High ownership attitude, target-driven mindset, and a consultative approach to selling.
Confident personality with the ability to speak with CXOs, founders, and senior brand managers.
