Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Business Development Executive
to join our team. This role focuses on driving business growth through digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp inquiries via our website, and assisting store clients from different cities and countries. The ideal candidate has prior experience in sales or business development, enjoys engaging with customers, and is passionate about delivering personalized styling and shopping experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue business development opportunities across social media, email, and website platforms.
Reach out to potential customers via online channels and follow up on inquiries.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or styling options.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
Work towards achieving sales and business growth targets with guidance from senior team members.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and lead generation activities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
Stay updated on fashion trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or Fashion-related preferred).
1-4 years of experience in sales, business development, digital marketing, or customer service.
Good understanding of social media platforms and online sales/business development techniques.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus.
