Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through online platforms, emails, and calls
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, researchers, pharma companies, and healthcare organizations
Present company services and coordinate with internal teams for proposals and closures
Maintain lead data, follow-ups, and reports
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
Support management in market research and growth initiatives
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (healthcare/pharma preferred)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work with targets and timelines
Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, or reporting tools
