: 1-3 years in B2B (preferably in the financial services industry.)
Sales & Lead Generation
: Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and developing relationships.
Product Knowledge
: Maintain a strong understanding of thecompany's financial products, services, and industry trends to effectively advise clients.
Client Consultation
: Understand client needs, provide expert advice, and offer suitable financial products and services to meet those needs.
Sales Target Achievement
: Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the team.
? Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
? Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and meetings to ensure timely closure of deals and secure repeat business.
? Reporting: Provide regular sales reports , including performance metrics, forecasts, and updates on client engagements to the management team.
Key Requirements:

Excellent communication in english, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
