We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, build client relationships, and expand our customer base.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, pitching IT services, and converting prospects into long-term clients. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve revenue targets and create strong brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients and generate leads through calls, emails, networking, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Present IT services such as website development, mobile apps, software solutions, and digital marketing to prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth delivery of client requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain CRM database, track sales activity, and prepare reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6 months to 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or IT Services (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
Understanding of IT services, digital solutions, or technology products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong client relationships and close deals.
Strong presentation and email communication skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
