What to expect from the role?
As a business development executive, you'll help students choose the right courses aligned with their career goals by understanding their needs and offering the best-fit options.
You'll build trust through honest guidance and ongoing support. After two days of hands-on training, you'll confidently take charge of your role. If you're someone who enjoys learning, growing, and making a positive impact on students' lives, this role is made for you.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Help students choose suitable courses.
Drive sales through calls, engagement, and course recommendations.
Achieve enrollment targets and ensure deal closures.
Handle student queries and follow-ups.
Coordinate with students, faculty, and parents.
Deliver a seamless student experience.
Maintain and update sales records.
Manage fee collection and transactions.
We are looking for an Individual who has
Excellent communication and listening skills
Ability to meet sales targets and close deals
Good understanding of the product and willingness to learn
High energy, dependability, and a positive attitude
Comfort with basic math and managing financial transactions, and
