We are looking for a Business Development Executive with strong communication and marketing skills to join our team at Hauz Khas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building lasting client relationships to drive business growth. This role requires excellent knowledge of lead generation, prospect research, and digital outreach to expand the company's market reach.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients through online research, networking, and market analysis.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email marketing, social media, and digital platforms.
Research potential clients, identify key decision-makers, and initiate contact to build a strong sales pipeline.
Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel to ensure successful conversion.
Present company services effectively to potential clients and close new business deals.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns and promotional strategies.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations.
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets and provide regular reports on sales activities.
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and client needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written & verbal).
1-3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Marketing (media or creative industry preferred).
Strong understanding of marketing and lead generation strategies.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and digital lead sourcing platforms.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and online research.
