The primary goal of this role is to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive sustainable revenue growth by aligning the company's technical capabilities with client needs.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Achieve revenue targets through structured planning, performance analysis, and forecasting.
Excel in lead generation, cold calling, and converting leads into business opportunities, particularly using LinkedIn.
Independently close deals and manage the full sales cycle.
Manage month-end and year-end closure in coordination with the leadership team.
Client & Partner Engagement:
Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry partners.
Conduct a consultative sales approach, meeting with potential clients and stakeholders Pan India to present tailored solutions.
Comfortably engage with senior government officials and enterprise clients.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
Research client needs, identify market opportunities, and match our geospatial offerings to their business requirements.
Track and analyze business metrics, client interactions, and report market trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Geoinformatics, Geography, or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of dedicated business development/sales experience, specifically within GIS or geospatial solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be confident and presentable in client meetings.
Proficiency in LinkedIn-based lead generation.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Must be a fast learner, self-starter, and proactive problem-solver.
Willingness to travel Pan India for meetings and business development activities is essential.
