Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients, markets, and opportunities.
Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Understand client requirements and propose appropriate products or services.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Participate in business development meetings, industry events, and conferences.
Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (for entry-level, internships are acceptable).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
