Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to independently hunt, identify, and acquire new leads and clients for our digital marketing and AI automation services. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, experienced networker who can confidently represent our company at various industry conferences, seminars, and networking events across India and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Hunting: Actively and independently attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate new leads.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and lead qualification to negotiation and deal closing.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
Client Presentations: Confidently present and articulate the value proposition of our services to prospective clients, both in person and virtually.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust and up-to-date sales pipeline in our CRM system and provide regular reports on progress.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition from lead acquisition to project execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Business Development, Sales, or a similar client-facing role with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English are mandatory.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities. The candidate must be comfortable initiating and closing deals independently.
Travel: Must be willing and able to travel extensively.
Knowledge: A solid understanding of digital marketing and/or AI technologies is required.
Attitude: A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
Travel Requirements:
The executive will be required to travel to the following locations for events and conferences, with all related expenses covered by the company:
Delhi NCR
Across India: Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Kolkata
International: Singapore, Dubai, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia
Other Asian Cities: Hong Kong, Seoul, Tokyo
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: A monthly salary of ?15,000 to ?23,000 (depending on experience and skills).
Allowances: All travel, accommodation, and event-related allowances will be fully covered by the company.
