is urgently hiring for the position of

Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location

: Delhi

Experience

: 0 - 3 Years (Freshers can also apply)

Industry

: Doors & Windows / Facade Industry

Preferred Profiles:

Basic knowledge or keen interest in the

Doors, Windows, or Facade industry

. Familiarity with

architects, builders, consultants

or construction professionals is a plus. Good understanding of

market trends

and basic competitor analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through

cold calling, field visits, and networking

. Build and maintain relationships with

clients, architects, builders, and consultants

. Assist in preparing

quotations, proposals, and product presentations

for potential clients. Regularly follow up with leads and prospects to

convert them into sales

. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure

timely execution of client requirements

. Conduct

market research

to identify potential clients and industry trends. Maintain accurate

sales records and activity reports

. Participate in

trade shows, exhibitions

, and industry events to promote company products. Work towards achieving

monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or

MBA in Business Administration, Marketing

, or a related field. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

. Strong

negotiation and presentation abilities

. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
