Your Role - What You'll Do
Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer), cold calling, social media outreach, or any method you're good at.
Pitch our web development services to
startups, professionals, and small businesses
.
Understand the client's business needs and explain how we can solve their problem.
Convert leads into paid clients with proper follow-up and closing techniques.
Maintain lead records and update progress reports regularly.
Assist in proposals, quotations, negotiations, and client onboarding.
What We're Looking For
Strong
communication and persuasion skills
Basic knowledge of websites, online businesses, and digital trends
Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused mindset
Comfortable working independently and remotely
Prior BDE or sales experience is preferred (but not mandatory)
Knowledge of LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer.com, or lead gen tools is a big plus
