As a BDE at Puppiezo, you will play a vital role in promoting our mission and driving sales. Your primary responsibility will be to assist potential customers in finding the perfect pet for their homes. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the adoption process. Your role will involve effective communication, product knowledge, and a passion for pets.

Members of our sales team receive performance based incentives on top of the base salary mentioned.

Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers via call to understand their preferences and requirements. Educate customers about our adoption process, emphasizing the importance of ethical breeding and responsible pet ownership. Guide customers through the adoption process, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive experience. Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Collaborate with the team to optimise customer satisfaction and enhance the adoption process.
Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and promote our mission effectively. Fast learning ability to understand various pet breeds, their characteristics, and the adoption process. Fluent in English to communicate clearly and professionally with customers. Pleasing personality and a customer-centric approach to build rapport and trust. Proven track record in sales would be preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with a genuine love and understanding of pets.
