Job Responsibilities:

Conduct

telephonic outreach

to potential B2B/B2C clients to promote Wicons range of LED and AC products. Generate and qualify leads through

cold calling, follow-ups

, and inbound inquiries. Present product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively to potential clients. Identify and understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions. Maintain and update CRM/database with lead and client information. Coordinate with field sales and marketing teams for follow-ups, meetings, and closures. Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion ratios. Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and competitor activity.

Preferred candidate profile:

Bachelors degree in any discipline (Sales/Marketing preferred). Minimum

2 to 4 years of tele sales / inside sales experience

, preferably in electrical, electronics, or consumer durables sectors.
