Develop and implement strategies to achieve student admission targets.
Conduct student counseling sessions (in-person, online, or telephonic) to guide students about medical programs, courses, and career opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, hospitals, consultants, and academic partners to promote the college.
Organize and participate in seminars, career fairs, workshops, and outreach events.
Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and follow-ups to ensure conversion.
Support digital and offline marketing campaigns for admissions.
Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
Prepare periodic reports on business development activities and results.
