You will engage in
B2C sales, field visits, outbound calling, market mapping, and warm lead management
, including managing IndiaMART leads. Your goal will be to convert prospects into long-term customers through strong communication, relationship building, negotiating deals and solution-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development
Generate high-quality leads through
field sales visits, cold calling, IndiaMART, referrals, and local networking
.
Identify potential customers across Raipur, Durg, Bhilai, Bilaspur, Korba, and nearby regions.
Conduct sales meetings to
present, promote, and sell
company products/services.
Product Demonstration & Solution Selling
Understand customer needs and demonstrate product features effectively.
Negotiate pricing and terms to close profitable deals.
Convert IndiaMART inquiries into confirmed orders.
Sales Reporting & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and quarterly
sales targets
.
Collect orders and ensure timely payments.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in field sales.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of
MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
