Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and client-focused
Business Development Executive
to drive growth for our photography and videography services. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creative media, understand client needs, and help convert leads into long-term partnerships across events, brands, and businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential clients for photography/videography services (weddings, corporate shoots, fashion, product, events, real estate, etc.)
Generate leads through online platforms, cold calling, referrals, and field visits.
Pitch the company's portfolio and customized packages based on client requirements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth project execution.
Attend networking events, exhibitions, or client meetings to promote services.
Maintain CRM data, follow-up schedules, and sales reporting.
Assist in proposal writing, quotations, and contract negotiations.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Understanding of photography/videography trends and service offerings
Ability to handle objections and close sales professionally
Comfortable with field visits and on-ground client interaction
Basic knowledge of social media marketing is a plus
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
Qualifications:
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in media, advertising, or creative industries is an added advantage
Fluent in English and [local language]
