Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our field sales team. The role involves meeting potential customers, generating leads, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals who want to grow in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Market Research

Identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory Conduct field visits to prospect potential clients Gather market insights and competitor information

2. Client Acquisition

Present and promote products/services to customers Conduct meetings, product demos, and negotiations Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets

3. Relationship Management

Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients Address client queries and provide timely solutions Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

4. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily visit reports and sales records Share field updates with the sales manager Track and report performance metrics

Skills & Qualifications:

Any graduate Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in the field Basic understanding of sales principles Good negotiation and presentation skills Ownership mindset, target-driven, and self-motivated

Preferred:

Experience in field sales or internship in sales (0-2 years) Knowledge of the local market Two-wheeler and valid driving license
