Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and client meetings. Promote NBFC financial products such as loans, deposits, and other services to potential and existing customers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and business associates. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets as assigned. Conduct client need analysis and provide suitable financial solutions. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and business pipeline. Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance business reach. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of loan applications and customer onboarding. Ensure compliance with NBFC policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Sales-driven with target-oriented mindset. Good understanding of financial products and NBFC operations. Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. 1 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in the NBFC/Banking/Financial Services sector. Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
