. This position welcomes experienced candidates with 1-2 years of experience. Fresher candidates from MBA can also apply to this opportunity.

Responsibilities

:

Engage in outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our products/services and generating leads. Nurture and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up. Identify and qualify sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets. Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth. Provide guidance and counsel to clients regarding our products/services, pricing, and features. Collaborate with the sales team to streamline processes and achieve organizational goals. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal status using CRM software. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

:

Graduate or PostGraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Min 1-2 years of prior experience in sales, customer service, or counseling is required. MBA freshers can still apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor. Ability to confidently engage in client conversations and address inquiries effectively. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for learning and career development..
