Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the market. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach. Understand clients' business needs and present tailored solutions for growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Lead sales presentations and negotiations to close deals. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Manage client accounts, providing post-sale support and ensuring client satisfaction. Track and report on sales performance using CRM software and prepare regular reports. Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities. Attend conferences, meetings, and networking events to promote the company's services.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in Business Development or related sales roles. Strong understanding of business development strategies and market research. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of CRM tools and sales software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Candidates based in Chandigarh or nearby areas will be given preference.

Preferred Skills:

Good knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools. Ability to think strategically and solve problems. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
