Aqlix Solutions Pvt Ltd. is looking for an experienced BDE with 3-4 years of success in sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will drive business growth through lead generation, pipeline management, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate, qualify, and manage sales leads through various channels
Nurture leads through the sales funnel and convert them to clients
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate lead and sales activity records in the CRM
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3-4 years of experience in business development or B2B/B2C sales
Strong communication, lead management, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently
