Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Sales Execution
Visit commercial establishments within the allocated territory.
Present Justdial's business offerings and communicate the benefits effectively.
Provide product/service demonstrations and explain key features.
Gather qualitative business information and explain how it will be represented on Justdial.
Clearly explain contract details including features, tenure, pricing, and terms & conditions.
Address customer queries confidently and persuasively.
Convert potential leads into paid customer contracts.
Upload geo-coded images to enhance business profiles on the Justdial platform.
Reporting & Documentation
Submit daily Key Parameter Monitor (KPM) reports to reporting managers.
Ensure timely submission of contracts with proper documentation.
Follow up to ensure cheque clearance and successful activation of client accounts.
Compliance
Adhere strictly to internal compliance standards and departmental policies.
Skills & Work Experience Required
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in English, Hindi, or any other regional language.
Communication Skills:
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.Ability to clearly explain service features and handle client objections or questions.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Strong comprehension skills with the ability to follow instructions and processes effectively.
Sales-oriented mindset with strong persuasive skills.
Experience Required:
0-2 years in field sales, client acquisition, or business development (Freshers can apply)
